Celebrating World Environment Day

Each year, the United Nations recognises World Environment Day on 5th June. This day is celebrated in an effort to raise awareness and action for the protection of our environment. This year’s host country was China, and the theme is #BeatAirPollution.

Everyday, we create products that promote planting and gardening. By doing so, we’re helping to #BeatAirPollution. After all, our seeded products grow into plants have air purification values. Have a look at what we’ve been up to lately as we stride towards creating a greener, more sustainable planet.

EOY Challenge: Completed!

On May 10, we climbed 3 of Yorkshire’s highest peaks. We did this as part of the EOY Accelerate Challenge to support social enterprises to scale sustainably. How’s that for getting out in nature? The team raised over £27,000, all in the name of opening doors for mentorship, social enterprise and sustainable business.

Avallen doesn’t just make any spirits – they craft spirits with a mission in mind – saving the bees! Luckily, we had the honor of making them these lovely seeded coasters!

South Staffs Water Seedsticks™

With a focus on balancing human life and regard for the environment, South Staffs Water works to deliver excellent water quality and reliable water supplies. Of course, they hope to for future generations. 1.3m people and approximately 35,000 commercial customers rely on South Staffs Water across over 1,500 square km. This includes the West Midlands, South Staffordshire, South Derbyshire, North Warwickshire and North Worcestershire areas.

We made these adorable tractor-shaped Seedsticks™ to help them promote their Cambridge branch.
